You can send a new ticket to fix any small issue from our support section. When a ticket is solved, you will receive an update about the remaining time, depending by the chosen plan. You can use the remaining time until the expiration of support service.
Important: To solve your ticket, we will need the login of the WordPress website, the control panel of Linux hosting and and FTP/MySQL details.
How i can purchase this service?
You can purchase the service using PayPal. It is not necessary to have an account, just a credit or debit card to process the payment with.
Which email will my order details be sent to?
Your order details and instructions for downloading the plugin will be sent to the same email address that was used when making the purchase through PayPal.
I bought the service but i did not receive any email.
After the purchase, our system will send two emails to your PayPal email address. The first email will provide you with the details of your order, and the second email will provide the username and password to login on ThemeinProgress

After receiving our email with your account details you have immediate access to your order. We will also use your PayPal email address to contact you, and therefore recommend that you use your main email address when purchasing
