WordPress maintenance and support service

You can open a new ticket from our support section to request help with small issues. When a ticket is completed, you will receive an update about the remaining support time, depending on the plan you selected. You can use the remaining time until the support service expires.

Important: To solve your ticket, we may need the login credentials for your WordPress website, your Linux hosting control panel, and your FTP/MySQL details.

You can purchase the service using PayPal. It is not necessary to have an account, just a credit or debit card to process the payment with.

Your order details and instructions for activating the service will be sent to the same email address that was used when making the purchase through PayPal.

After the purchase, our system will send two emails to your PayPal email address. The first email will provide you with the details of your order, and the second email will provide the username and password to log in to ThemeinProgress.

We recommend that you check your spam folder, as our emails can sometimes end up in there by mistake.

In case you have not received an email from ThemeinProgress within 24 hours, please contact us by sending an email to info@wpinprogress.com and we will resend you the login details manually.

After receiving our email with your account details, you will have immediate access to your order. We will also use your PayPal email address to contact you, and therefore recommend that you use your main email address when purchasing.

Generally, our support service is available from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+1), and we sometimes process queries outside of these hours too. Response time can be as fast as a few minutes, but we try to answer all queries within 24 hours.
