5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can send a refund request within 7 days of purchase sending an email to info@wpinprogress.com with the details of your order or open a new ticket from the help desk section.

6. Warranty

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our themes will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.

8. Product Delivery

As soon as you have carried out payment and we can acknowledge receipt of the money, we will email you your membership information. In case you have not received an email from WP in Progress within 24 hours, please contact us by sending an email to info@wpinprogress.com and we will resend you the login details manually. After receiving our email with your account details you have immediate access to our downloads. We will use Paypal email address to contact you. We therefore recommend to use your main email address.

9. Support

We offer support only through our support forum, and only for the premium version of the themes. Requests from email, facebook, twitter, etc. will not be taken into consideration. If needed, we can ask for the data to access the domain, database or site.

10. Photos Copyright Info

All photos serve as example images only and are not included in the package. The photos used in the demos are purely for demonstration purposes, and are used to give the visitor a functional preview of what the theme will look like once content has been added. These photos should not be saved, copied or redistributed in any way.
